Description
"6/2/1981" Nineteen images of a protest rally held on campus during the visit by the State Board of Higher Education. At the time, there was a possibility of the school being closed and students turned out to voice their concerns. Some of the signs being held read: "We Care. Do You?" "We Deserve an Education!" "Do Not Pass the Revenue Package!" "We're the Future, Give Us a Chance!" "EOSC Should Remain Open!" "Give Us a Strong Base Now!" "Don't Let the Government Screw Us! Screw Them Instead!" "No Education: No Jobs: Means Higher Crime Rates! Make Your Choice!" "Football Players Will Become Delinquents!"
