This is an informal, outdoor portrait of four Eastern Oregon football players, #23

#61 - Rick Larson, a freshman halfback from Sisters, Oregon

#27 - Chuck Becker, a freshman end from Vale, Oregon

and #70 - Richard Pollard from Union, Oregon. He played in the guard position. They are all wearing their uniforms, and #23 is slightly hunched while the other three players are bent over at the waist with their hands on their knees. Pierce Library is visible in the right side background. [#11, #27, and #70 have been cropped from this photo separately, and their pictures appear in the 1960 Mountaineer yearbook, pg. 32.]
