Description

"Mayor of Portland" Three gentlemen stand together at what appears to be a train station. The man on the left is Mayor George Luis Baker of Portland, OR who served from 1917 to 1933. Next to him is a man wearing a double-breasted overcoat and military officer type hat. He is kind of half saluting, half waving. The third man is also wearing an overcoat and hat, but they are civilian clothes. There is a train in the background with a number of gentlemen standing in front of it.
