On a berm separating the flat camp area from the jungle, the soldiers improvised a sidehill projection booth. Soldiers were responsible for their own theater seats. Remembering these movies, Hill recalled, "We had a guest every night. Her name was Ann -- the anopheles mosquito, carrier of malaria. 'Wear a shirt and roll your sleeves down,' we were always told."
