"Participants in a big celebration in the area of Dobodura - All wearing their fineary and feather head dresses 17th Recon Sqdn" From "Darkroom Soldier": "Jauwa Dancer. To accompany his dancing, the tribesman shook knee, ankle, and wrist rattles made of dry seeds shaped like peach pits. His hat was made of cambium stripped from local trees. Once pounded into strands and dried, that material could be dyed and woven into various garments and designs." ("Darkroom Soldier" caption authored by George Venn)
