"John M. Miller - EDUCATION This department attempts to give that professional preparation necessary for effectively imparting information to the boys and girls of the state of Oregon. Courses are given in introduction to education, principles of education, school and community, school organization and management, history of education, and the use of mental and educational tests. Opportunity is given those professional students who wish to prepare themselves for some special field in the platoon school, the junior high school, individualized instruction, and the administration of an elementary school."
