Walter Reuter (on the left) uses sticks and a shoulder bag to pretend to play the bagpipes. He is wearing a hat with feathers in it on his head. The unidentified, young man behind him appears to actually be playing a flute. [This appears to be one of the areas near La Grande, Oregon.]
