"Fresh water swimming in river on Mindoro - Many soldiers in the water and on the bank" From "Darkroom Soldier": "Busuanga River: Upstream Bath, Downstream Laundry. Hill reported these scenes to Martha: 'En route home, we stopped at the deep part of the river for a swim. Couple of dozen men swimming. Sign downstream reads, 'No Nude Bathing.' I saw one pair of shorts. Two hundred yards down the river, the Filipino women do GI laundry." ("Darkroom Soldier" caption authored by George Venn)
